Cheshire Buddies are able to support carers to meet other carers in open spaces.
Following government guidelines people are now able to meet another person outside.
To support this Buddy staff can meet 2 carers at an agreed location so that carers can have a chat while the Buddy worker supports the disabled child or young person.
This is a great way to meet another carer or friend and share experiences of lockdown. Being outside will relieve stress and tension and make everyone feel better.
